Marquez Equalibria is a conflict-resolution and human-relations professional with more than two decades of experience helping government and community leaders navigate crisis, civil unrest, and high-stakes dialogue. A former mediator with the U.S. Department of Justice's Community Relations Service and founding member of California's Community Conflict Resolution Unit, he now leads Strategic Diplomacy LLC, providing consultation and training to strengthen collaboration, communication, and trust in organizations.
